I've been on Mounjaro for over a year with Lloyds Pharmacy. Was OK paying a more expensive price as delivery was reliable through Evri but they've changed to Royal Mail, no longer get a delivery slot time so need to wait in all day, plus my medication will now have been out of the fridge more than 24 hours. So annoyed!

Can you tell me who you would recommend, no Royal Mail deliveries please!

Thanks, a lot of Royal Mail deliveries in that thread, will need to ask for a refund on 1 week at this point because its been out the fridge for more than 24 hours in this heat. Why are Royal Mail so shit?!

Will need to investigate some click and collect suppliers actually too if anyone has any suggestions, in Glasgow.

@BleeBlahBlue were the ice packs totally melted when the pen arrived?

Just got it now.

Box was actually hot to touch, ice packs totally melted.

Have complained to Lloyds.

I’m not surprised in this heat!
I bet they say… it’ll be fine, just pop it in the fridge 😡

Just to update you on this.

After numerous online messages, phone calls, emails ive finally had a new pen delivered by Lloyds/Pharmacy2U.

Of course they recommended it will still safe to use, until I pointed out Eli Lilly recommended its kept at 2 to 8 degrees during delivery and I wanted the pharmacists name and registration number to report them to the General Pharmaceutical Council for advising dangerous information. Eli lilly recommendations you can have the pen up to 30 degrees AFTER it has first been used, but never over 30 as my delivery had been.

Official complaint raised and in the mean time did click and collect at Asda, straight out a fridge!
