Help. Do any companies support maintenance doses?

Help!
I’ve been on MJ since August 2024, using IQ Doctor solely.
For around the last 2/3 months I have been taking a dose every fortnight, instead of weekly.
I’ve been also using the fifth dose in the pen.
Its been a good while since I last ordered (April) because of the fortnightly doses and 5th dose, so when I did just order it has been rejected.
IQ doctor have given me this as their response to my request ‘ shouldn’t be used in this way due to gap reduce to 5mg’ .
That is it. I am on 15 mg as went up the doses every month and have been on this dose a good while now. Their advice makes no sense to me at all. Why would I suddenly move to 5 mg?
I last had a dose of 15mg 4 days ago too, so it makes even less sense.
I have lost 30kg and I am at a normal BMI but really enjoy the every other week regime, plus it saves money.
Is there a company I could move to for a maintenance solution?
I did email IQ doctor to ask about reducing the dose gradually, but I also received no reply aside the grammatically poor single sentence above.

They think you've had too long a gap between doses, because of the long time between ordering pens, due to you using them well beyond their expiry. I don't think that's unreasonable of them, despite their brief and unpunctuated response.

Monj have a list of maintenance friendly suppliers, I'd suggest you work your way through those and see if anyone will take you on.

I'm not sure if any support doing what you want to do at 15mg though. I've only seen it mentioned in relation to 2.5 and 5mg (due to the effect of drug half life, you're effectively going from a very high dose to virtually nothing, repeatedly). Plus you'll be having too long between orders and using a pen over the 30 days which they won't support, whatever they and we might feel about that particular rule.

I’ve ordered 12.5 this time and will try and go down every month.

Good luck! You shouldn't have any problems with titrating down but might need to be a bit 'canny' with your re-ordering frequency - 6 weeks is probably about the max.

I agree thats probably reason. Surely it should have been 2.5 rather than 5...

Cloud pharmacy, medical market place and envigore will support as long as healthy to do so. Two of them support to bmi of 19 other envigore takes it on one to one basis. 12.5 bit harder to get lack of stock . Lol allegedly xx
