Has anyone been able to get hold of any customer support at Curate? My order has been approved but not dispatched and I’m anxious I’m going to miss my next dose. I’ve sent messages via their online form, I’ve tried LinkedIn and instagram DM. I’ve left a Trustpilot review hoping they would reply somewhere! The phone line is useless, it just rings and rings.
I’ll obvs move to a different provider now but need my money back from Curate or for them to send the bloody order!
any tips for more reliable providers welcome!
