Implant Contraceptive Bleed

Hi,
I started Mounjaro a few weeks ago and have had my 4th dose. I am on the contraceptive implant and haven't had a bleed (other than occasional minimal spotting) in almost 2 years.
Suddenly I'm having a proper bleed! I knew it made oral contraceptives less effective, but didn't realise I might get my periods back on the implant.
Anyone else experience this? Is it just my body getting used to the meds?
Im hoping that when I stop taking it I'll go back to no period as it was a dream and super cost effective!!

There are quite a few posts on Reddit and various Facebook groups about mounjaro messing with menstrual cycles.

I have an iud and mj has turned my cycle upside down. My period used to be like clockwork for years, bleed lightly for 5 days and done. Now I bleed for 25 days and then have a 5 day break. Started with my first mj dose. Thankfully I'm nearly at a healthy BMI so I can come off it.

Yep, haven't bled for 11 years so it's a shock to have to deal with the delights every month. Can't wait until I'm light enough to stop taking mj.
