Hello all,
Last month I moved to SOP at 10mg. They price matched, authorised prescription and I had the pen in 3 days. Amazing service, only needed photos and proof of prescription. Great.
I emailed a week ago to price match to IQ Dr with the code HEATMJ which was 28% discount. I got a response 2 days ago asking for more details, which I supplied and again am still waiting a response. So different from last month. I also know that discount code is no longer valid. I'm not sure whether to continue waiting or move to elsewhere.
Anyone else having the same problem with SOP?

I’d give them a call. A friend was waiting 2 days so rang them & they sent a code more or less straight away. You can argue it was valid when you first emailed if they question the code.

Can I ask why you don’t just buy it from the cheapest place? I don't really understand price matching but I also move pharmacy to get the best deal

@16wimb I price match because you don’t have to keep changing suppliers so no having to take photos/send ID every month etc. It has worked out cheaper for me with simple because they match the pen price & only charge £4 for delivery.

Agreed. It's just easier (sort of 😂) to stay with same one and price match. Plus as I had bought from IQ Dr before, I wasn't really entitled to their 28% discount for a first order and this was what I was trying to price match to.

Anyway SOP got back in touch and gave me the discount, so I got a 10mg pen for £122 including delivery, so I'm happy. Thanks all
