Oushk weight verification call.

I've placed my 2nd order to be delivered on weds 9th July. I've had an email to book a weight verification call, first available is 24th July.

Does anyone know if my pen will still be dispatched? I've messaged to ask but git an auto "we'll respond in 2 days

I need to know as need the next pen next week so want to try elsewhere if oushk won't dispatch without the call.

Sorry I don’t know. I ordered (second) pen last week for delivery on 4 July. They’ve confirmed it’s coming…

Yes, haven't booked mine yet and have a delivery tomorrow.

They will dispatch your order as normal, just book in for the call for the next available date.

Yes - my call isn’t until the 8th July but I’ve had two pens from them already…

If you have already placed your order not much you can do but book the call then wait for a reply to email regarding your order. You could try contacting them on whatsapp with your order number and say weight verification is booked and will your order be processed

Did you not know before today these were becoming compulsory as of 1st July? I've seen reminders on their website when ordering, on facebook and lives (fair enough not everyone joins these) and email. Bit rubbish if you didn't know.

I have my weight verification call on Saturday. It's been booked for about 6 weeks and I have continued to receive pens during that time, including one to be delivered tomorrow.

That's a bit harsh, of course everyone knows about it. You don't need a weight verification call to do an order. I've had several deliveries and mine is booked for September.

Thanks all. I had heard about it but didn't expect the waits to be so long. One option was 24th July, the other was September. I'm not on any WhatsApp or Facebook groups. FX it arrives next week!

they are talking about it on the facebook page and it prompted me to look and there are 3 different people you can book on 7th lots of free appointments, they've maybe just been added

I’m not on their social media and booked as soon as they emailed me back whenever (first available was in mid August). I contacted them with the same worry as you and they squeezed me in this week no problem.
Also, I got no instructions or info on what to expect. Make sure you have photo ID and scales to hand. Only took minutes.

Thank you! Tried again, there were only 2 options before, many more now so booked for 9th. Clearly must have a backlog.
