Anyone else got a B12 deficiency using these?

Your question isn’t clearly worded.

Do you mean has anybody with a b12 deficiency started using weight loss injections or do you mean has anyone found that their weight loss injections caused a b12 deficiency?

I had a pre existing deficiency, and am prescribed b12. It does not impact on my mounjaro use nor the mounjaro on the deficiency.

Sorry has anyone taken weight loss injections and then had a b12 deficiency?

After a year on Mounjaro, I have recently started on B12 injections but I believe the deficiency has been there for a long time as I had the symptoms before which I put down to niggles of morbid obesity and menopause but they remained/continued to deteriorate as I lost the weight. Mine was most likely caused by 8 years of daily omeprazole.

Lots of changes going on with weight loss for me requiring managing - losing weight means I have also had to recently start HRT, I have started B12 injections, but I have also come off high blood pressure meds and omeprazole, I now have low blood pressure, so my body is going through a lot. All part of the healing process after decades of obesity and medication, none of which I think has directly been caused by Mounjaro.

That’s interesting, I started in September but haven’t taken it for a few months now, and latest bloods show severe B12 deficiency, I guess I’m unsure if it’s an absorption issue or just a temporary issue caused by the mounjaro.
