Switch to Pharmulous of The Family Chemist

For my second mounjaro pen, I’d like to switch to a new provider that I can be with long term and count on being reliable (my first pen was MedExpress).

I’ve done some research around switching, current costs, looked and Trust Pilot, and looked at maintenance information. I’ve narrowed it down to Pharmulous and The Family Chemist.

which would you choose?

I’m worried I will mess it all up trying to switch and not getting a pen in time, or not being able to go back to MedExpress if I needed to.

thank you

@Fatmumslim01 it’s RM 24 hr so needs to be signed for unless you have a postman as lovely as my usual one who has my permission to sign for it😁.

You can email Pharmulous when you order though and request a specific delivery day or, if you’re lucky enough to live locally, pop to the office and pick it up👍👍

We used to have the same postman all the time who would sign ours for us and leave in porch or if he saw me on his rounds he would pass me my post then 😂 but we now have a different person each time they come now

I've been with Pharmulous for 3 pens and will order my 4th soon. Had no problems at all. Very quick delivery!

I'm looking at Pharmulous - can you order every 5 weeks say or do they ask questions?

Can you change and then change back?

Can you choose your dose?

Do they deliver Saturdays? Or to a chemist? (I'm worried about signed for as I'm at work)

Do they let you titrate in maintance in a nonstandard way - ie let you adjust your dose from a pen?

Thankyou.

I'm also wondering about the 5 weeks thing.
