Which pharmacy are you using?

When I first started MJ, I used Chequp as I initially liked the idea of having access to ‘health coaches’ but the price was too much so after two months I switched to Chemist 4 U. They were the cheapest but just learned that you have to submit a fresh consultation (as if you were new) every time you order so I think I’d rather be with a pharmacy that at least sends reminders and keeps some knowledge of who you are rather than starting from fresh each month. I mean, it’s not a big deal but life is busy and I’d rather not think about it each month.

Although I’m a long way from goal (4 stone), I’d like to be with one which also supports titrating down plus (possibly) maintenance.

Have you stuck with the same pharmacy each time or swopped about? Any recommendations?

I swapped around a bit and then settled with Pharmulous at the end of last year. They are very maintenance friendly and your re-order from just asks for changes from the previous one but they are not the cheapest of the suppliers.

I have actually never had a reminder email from any of the pharmacies I have used so cannot recommend anyone for that I’m afraid. I track it in my diary to know when to order but also use Shotsy so it’s clear.

Cured have been bloody brilliant
Ordered Sunday, was approved Monday and had it delivered on Tuesday
I do think they need a video call on your first order but I didn't need to submit any extra photos for my second order
Really can't fault them

I’ve used MedExpress then Farmeci and finally Chemist4U. Farmeci is more like a subscription. So they emailed and reminded me that payment was due. I cancelled after one month as it was too expensive.
chemist 4u approved me fairly quickly, but I had to submit pics and old prescriptions with them. They also sent me a weird message saying my records said I’d been prescribed Wegovy not Mounjaro. I’ve never had Wegovy. So I’m unsure where that info came from. Easy enough I guess but a bit of a mess about.

I’ve used Cloud from the beginning and they have been excellent.

Started with Asda and switched to ZAVA jab 3 as same provider and much cheaper no issues and despite delayed notifications , jab dispatched in 2 days last two orders (7.5 mg and 10mg)

when I get around 30 bmi I will shop around again to prepare for maintenance (current 32 bmi) most likely pill sorted based on prices and recommendations

Zava - they sell 3 pens at a time and I had a discount code.

I am with Oushk (since pen 4 - started in October) and will be staying with them as they are excellent and have 3 maintenance plans. I am hoping to titrate down when the time comes and then when I come off I will pay to stay on their maintenance plan which allows you to restart at a lower BMI if needed. If weight starts to go back on, I want the option to restart before I become obese again.

Same as @Pegsmum . I started with cloud in Sept 2024 and have never moved around. Not the cheapest but totally reliable.

I’ve been with Voy for almost two months, with a reasonable discount on both months which made it worthwhile. My husband is paying for the thirteenth pen for my birthday and then I’ll have to look elsewhere. I think the app and mentality at Voy is fabulous, and very up my street, but I can’t afford an extra £100 a month for it. I’ve followed a Facebook page run by The Care Pharmacy since I started. They gave really helpful advice and support, even to people who are not with them. So I think I may go to them. There are others a little cheaper but I like the idea of being able to get support if need be.
