Anyone using IQ Doctor?

I’ve just switched to them for the discount and they delivered today but I wasn’t home so it’s gone to the Royal Mail depot and will be redelivered tomorrow. It’s 32 degrees here today, so I’m worried it will get too hot. What is their packaging like? Will it be packed in plenty of ice?

With the ice all provider send in the package, I would expect it to arrive slightly warm in this heat, but very unlikely to go above 30 degrees in the package.

When you receive the package open a little bit, just enough to stick your hand in to feel if it is still cool inside, then stick the pen in the fridge.
