Will the side effects happen each injection?

I’ve not had that much fun since taking my first injection, had nausea and vomiting first day followed by weird stomach ache and slight nausea the yesterday and today. I’m contemplating not continuing as I can’t afford to feel this bad with a busy family etc?

The worst I’ve felt was after my very first injection. After that I used to get tired and nausea for a couple of days after injecting but now on my 4th pen I feel normal no side effects at all.

Side effects are often associated with when you move up a dose level, which would include when you're just starting out with the first dose. So hopefully it should improve for you, and it's worth remembering that you don't have to move up to 5mg if 2.5mg is working for you.

Three weeks in and I am still experiencing nausea and diarrohea.

I suppose that is how Mounjaro works, it makes you so sick that you can't bear to eat a lot of food.

I've been on it since February the first pen did make me feel ill I had really bad diarrhea the first week or two then went to the opposite and severe constipation lol but it balanced itself out once my body got used to it and I eat the right food plenty of fibre and protein. I'm on my 5th pen now I did 2 at 2.5mg, 2 at 5mg and now I'm on 7.5mg and ordered my 2nd one at 7.5mg I was lucky didn't have many side effects going up but I'm going to try and stay on 7.5 now dont want to go any higher ideally but no symptoms whatsoever now, the only thing I really get is the day before I'm due to jab I start to feel hunger again but that just reminds me to eat. To make it cheaper/last longer I usually push mine and extra day so instead of jabbing same day every week every other week or so I miss one day and push it to get it to last a bit longer.

I was mostly fine on 2.5 but experienced side effects the first couple of weeks, nothing too bad and I just had to remind myself that being 5 stone overweight would eventually give me worse effects! Also had a couple of weeks when I moved up to 5 where I felt iffy. However I’ve been on 5mg for 12 weeks now and am fine. Have lost 3 stone since 3rd of March

I started at the beginning of April and haven't had any side effects really. It's different for everyone, and seems to be quite unpredictable. I'm just about to go up to 5mg and am keeping my fingers crossed for no side effects at that dose.

That’s given me some hope!

Assuming it’s Mounjaro? If so it will ease however remember to continue with a calorie deficit. I found the side effects did taper off until I increase the dose and the sickness is worse if I have had greasy foods or not drank enough

I was just tired and cold on 2.5mg. On 5mg I got diahreo and one bout of sickness for the first few days of the first two doses.
im on 7.5mg at the minute and it’s horrendous I’ve had sickness and diahreo nearly every day and I’m on my 3rd week. Actually thinking of going back down to 5mg

That’s not how it works, but I see from your other threads that you’re somewhat predisposed to think of it unfavourably.
