5mg pen is 360 euro! Can I get it in Portugal?

My first 5mg pen cost 362 euro through Zava in Ireland 😬. This is a huge cost per month. I am going to Portugal, specifically Villamoura for a few days soon. Does anyone know if it is possible to get it there with my prescription and is it any cheaper?

Googling suggests it's available but quite tightly regulated there so without being medically registered in that country I think it would be difficult.

What about a NI pharmacy that will supply you in Ireland, like this one? 5mg is £145

I had a feeling it might not be so easy in Portugal. Norther Ireland is a good shout though, especially with that price difference! I will definitely explore it. It's less than 2 hours drive so would be really worthwhile. Thanks
