Hi, I take some vitamins because I always have however my mum is also on mounjaro & post-menopause & in a different stage of life than me. I want her to start taking some vitamins particularly for hair & overall well-being. I’ve started hair shredding but she has particularly thin hair so I worry that will impact her self confidence. Which ones do you take & would recommend so I can let her know? Thankyou!

I'm in menopause and take a Menopace multi-vitamin daily, plus extra B Complex (from Nutrition Geeks) and high strength Vitamin D. I also take Magnesium Glycinate/Citrate at night to help with sleep.

These are all things I was doing before I started on MJ

An A-Z multivitamin will help with any nutritional deficiencies especially when consuming less food on mounjaro. Then specifically for hair and skin many take collagen and biotin, I use a multi collagen powder called Revive from amazon to get all the collagen types for skin, hair and muscle in my coffee and protein shakes.

Inessa Advanced multivit. It has got biotin in which helps with hair.

I was taking a range of individual ones but this has replaced most of them.

I also use Wild Nitrition marine collagen which has even more biotin in’ 😂
