Reaching normal BMI (Oushk)

I have been on MJ since March at BMI 30 and moved to Oushk a couple of months ago because of their maintenance-friendly approach.

My BMi is now 25.3 so expect to be under BMI 25 when I place my next order. I think I would ideally like to lose a bit more weight though to get to BMI 22 or thereabouts. I'm quite relaxed and flexible about my final goal but would definitely like to lose another half a stone at least.

Does anyone know if you need to book a maintenance chat with Oushk when you get under BMI 25 or can I just continue to order as usual until I am approaching the weight I would like to maintain at? If I don't want to maintain yet should I add something to the order notes? Will they tell me if I need a maintenance chat?

In case it makes a difference I have stayed on the 2.5 dose throughout and my weight loss has slowed from 2lb/week to 1lb/week so I am hoping that either my loss will continue until it just stabilises on the 2.5 dose, or if that does not happen I could continue ordering 2.5 and injecting weekly but using fewer clicks.

Hi, I'm with Oushk and am maintaining a BMI of 22.
You will be able to order as normal, but it's worth your while booking a maintenance call now because they are quite booked up so by the time you have the call you'll probably be at target.
The benefit of having a call is that they send you discount codes to use on your maintenance doses and it does work out a bit cheaper. But you could manage your maintenance on your own without having a call, they're fine with that too.

I had a maintenence appt last week at bmi 25.5 I'm on the conti plan but receiving 15% discount and free delivery which was really valuable to me on 15mg which is expensive. Its upto you when you want to enter maintenance, I've shifted my goal a few times now and happy as I am but going slightly lower as a buffer as I want to taper down soon and may regain sone water weight.
Like pp said there is a 3 month wait now for appointments though you can email for more urgent appointments they can make available.
It will also help formulate a plan such as taking it less days if you want to stay on it etc.

Oushk will continue to supply up to a BMI of 19. As others have advised, I booked a maintenance consultation with them when I got to 25 in March as the waiting list was quite long. So by the time the appointment came around in May I was 1kg from my target 22.9 BMI.
