Shortages of 12.5 and 15

Hi,

I’m not yet on this dose (looking to order a 12.5 pen for the first time next order) and was vaguely aware of the shortages. Last time I looked on the monj website it was saying supply expected to resolve in May, now it’s saying August. My supplier (medicine market place) is out of stock, and haven’t responded to my message asking how long this is likely to be for (they might not know).

Does anyone know any more about when the shortages might resolve, and whether I should switch to one of the suppliers with 12.5 or wait it out (don’t need to order for a few more weeks…)

According to people on Reddit, it’s coming to an end. Monj are pretty good at updating when stock comes in.

I am with Cloud on 15mg. 3rd pen. Never had any issues with supply.

There are shortages but you can always find a 12.5mg or 15mg pen, but it won't be with one of the cheaper providers. Medicine market place usually sell out within 3-4 days of delivery.

Thanks. So had medicine market place been getting supply then just selling out? Has this been fairly frequently? I’ve asked to be emailed when they have it in stock, so will leave it a bit then try elsewhere if I need to. Thanks!

When I got my 10mg pen it took 3 weeks for he chemist to get it in, but the 12.5 and 15 arrived within a couple of days, so it seems like 10s are the ones in short supply

I think that may have just been your particular supplier. None of the online pharmacists are out of 10mg, but quite a few are out of 12.5mg and 15 mg. Monj.co.uk keep track of shortages. Yes MMP get regular shipments, they are a relatively small/new provider so they don't get a big allocation. They sell out pretty quickly. If you are with them best to order as soon as you get the notification their stock has come in. They are getting a delivery on Monday at 7pm (according to those in the know on Reddit). For perspective last month they had 3000 12.5mg pens and 3000 15mg pens and sold out in under 4 days.

Thanks for all the advice… I got the email alert that they were back in stock and ordered this evening. Just hope it actually arrives!

@Burnserns I’m having the same issue again this month, and wondering where to find the insider info on Reddit re: MMP deliveries as they were spot on last time. I’ve tried searching, but I’m not a seasoned Reddit user so probably doing something stupid? Thanks!

MMP host regular lives on TikTok & are always giving updates on stock.
Last Sundays live they said that the 12.5 & 15 will be ready to order from 7pm on Thursday.
