I ordered on the 8th June they advised I needed consultation booked one for 19th June but no show booked another one for 20th and it went ok or so I thought! Now no one is answering me my injection has run out and they have not responded to any of my tickets or email! I am out of pocket and my mental health is struggling because I haven’t got my prescription I need help please

If you can afford it, order with another pharmacy. Tell Curate you want to cancel and request a refund. No need to tolerate such slow and poor customer service.

Curate are awful. Leave & don’t come back.
Do a charge back through your bank if you paid by debit card
