Quick question if you’ve changed suppliers

Do you have to do photos and stuff again, what if you need/want to go up? I’m thinking of it for month 2 and wondering how they will know I’m already on it!

If you’re moving up from 2.5 you’ll have to have proof of prescription and just fill out another consultation. Worth it to save money though I’ve done it twice and no bother! :) who are you with now? X

Currently with Asda pharmacy, so would save about £40 to go somewhere else. That said I still can’t decide whether to move up to 5mg or stay on 2.5mg 😂

Yes definitely! I stayed on 2.5 and I’m on week 9 will carry on for now as it’s working (and cheaper) 😂

I’m edging towards staying as I’ve had really good suppression, some days I have to force myself to eat to get over 1000 calories! (Never thought I’d be able to say that!).

Yes you usually have to send in new photos etc and proof of previous prescription, i always send a photo of the label on box showing name & dose.
I’d recommend buying a 5mg even if 2.5mg is still working and just take half a dose, it’s usually the same price or just a couple of £ more. That way if 2.5mg is not as effective later in the month you can just increase the number of clicks.

@Time4changeagain I purchased the 5 and I’m doing this. Much frowned upon by a lot of people but each to their own eh! 😂

@26dX seems silly not to, if 2.5 (or any other dose) stops working for you half way through the month you are stuck. Over the past 12 month if the price wasn’t much different I got the higher dose. I buy the 15mg now but don’t take a full dose, it just makes more sense to me

Yes, change if you can be arsed, it's a bit of a faff they do want photos and proof some want videos, I just changed to chemist 4 u only wanted photos and proof of previous dose and 30 off for first order. Don't throw your next box away, it's the easiest way to prove your dose, and get the next dose up as pps have said, you can always take 2.5 from it will last you, saving ££, or go up if you find it's becoming ineffective half way through. I have a stockpile of pens now that will see me through til I finish, and I'll use them to titrate/ micro dose down.

You'll need spare needles as well op if you order a dose up and you're splitting them, as you need a fresh one for each dose, plus syringe for the extra dose.

I swapped from Asda (before I knew about the monj website) to Zava for my second pen. Had to do the questionnaire and send pics. Chemist4U rejected me because I had my gallbladder removed for gallstones years ago. Second pen (5mg) was about £25 less than the first, so worth it IMO.

Thanks. Ordered 5mg from Chemist4U this afternoon. Did photos and ID. I’ll see how I am doing at end of 4 weeks and decide whether to do full dose or not.
