Mortifying Mounjaro moment

Still cringing with embarrassment! And thought I’d just share this moment for a laugh. I just had an appointment with a healthcare professional I see who prescribes some meds I’m on (not the GP), I see him a lot and we’re quite friendly. I told him about being on Mounjaro and he asked about it in a way that I thought meant he was interested in it for himself 🙈 he started the conversation saying “yeah I’ve struggled with my weight for years, can’t stick at the gym” etc. So I launched into a full on sales rep spiel about how great it is. Advised him to go to Asda, told him he’d have to take pictures in his undies, that it’d change is life blah blah. Then silence…and he just goes “no, I just needed the name to put on your record”. So embarrassing!!! 😳 🙈 literally wanted the ground to swallow me whole 🤣🤣🤣

I imagine they hear it a lot. I’ve heard the exact same sales pitch from countless people on TikTok who rave about it.

No-one has to "take a picture in their undies", any clothing that shows your physique is ok - mines have always been fully clothed in jeans and a tightish fitting vest top.

I wouldn't tell people this as it could potentially put them off accessing the medication.

I've not taken any photos in my undies. I don't think I'd do that!
