I started mounjaro on Sunday and within 5 hours I had a painful left arm, shoulders and neck, felt really sore to the touch, felt swollen but wasn't, and a throbbing ache, this has improved considerably but feel a weird fluttering in my chest now, can anyone help/advise if you have gone through this? I'm nervous to take the next injection incase it gets worse. TIA xx

You need to contact your pharmacist to get medical advice asap

Painful or sore skin is called allodynia and a known side effect. Only time and tolerance gets you through side effects. Drink plenty of water and eat little and often. Could the chest fluttering be anxiety after taking your first jab? As they have all improved hopefully they won't last but if they happen again or worsen then seek medical advice
