WL jabs sickness and epilepsy?

Hi, I am starting my journey on MJ jabs. I have phobia of vomiting and get sick on hormonal contraception so the doctor thinks nausea is inevitable. the doctor has prescribed me some cyclizine however nothing else works with my epilepsy meds (lamotrigine) and obvs I don’t want to risk seizures

I also can’t keep throwing up my epilepsy meds for obvious reasons

If I get sick despite these anti nausea meds I may have to stop the MJ. Has anyone been through this?

I don’t think nausea is inevitable at all. Certainly vomiting is not inevitable. In fact it would be surprising.

Some people report feeling a bit queasy, but actually vomiting is rare. Diarrhea and constipation are more common.

Avoiding fatty or fried foods will help.

It’s just as likely that you’ll go the whole journey without even feeling sick once.

Good luck!

I know nothing about epilepsy meds, but while plenty of people feel nauseous, they do not vomit while taking weight loss jabs. Hopefully you'll be just as lucky.
