When to start

Expecting first delivery about lunchtime today (according to Royal Mail tracker). Question is do I start as soon as I receive or wait until the morning? I'm meeting friends this evening for a meal if that makes a difference.

I would place it in the refrigerator overnight...... enjoy your evening and commence tomorrow.
Everyone reacts differently and in my 1st week I felt suppression and mild nausea within hours.

I don’t think it would make much difference taking it this afternoon or tomorrow morning. I usually start to feel it working a day or two after jabbing but everyone is different. I would advise to watch what and how much you eat though and don’t see it as “one last blow out” before starting.

I also don't feel anything for 36 hours. Hard for anyone to say as we all seem to react differently.
