Hi all, I've been on Ozempic for four months and have lost 9 kgs, but I'm stalling now.

I realise that I need some sort of calorie-controlled meal plan. I've used the calorie tracking apps and I can't stand it and always end up giving up.

I think what I need is a meal plan that is easy to substitute. I'm happy to weigh and measure things. I just hate logging everything on an app; it's time-consuming and sucks the joy out of life for me.

I know I need to work out my TDEE and calories etc and create my own easy to follow meal plan. But it's such a schlepp. Also, at some point I'll probably need to reduce my calories as I lose more weight, which will mean calculating everything again, just the thought of it is exhausting!

I wish someone could just give me a meal plan with calories already worked out that I can stick on the fridge and mindlessly follow. Like, Breakfast: such and such grams of cereal plus such and such mls of milk; lunch: so many grams of chicken breast plus so many grams of potato and veg etc etc.

Thanks for reading.

You could try an online AI like ChatGPT and ask it for a meal plan with the specifics you want to include and see how it does? I've seen people do similar on threads here with some success.

ChatGPT.

Tell it everything you’ve asked for and it will do all the planning for you.

Thanks for this suggestion - I can't believe I didn't think of it! I've done it now and tweaked it a bit and I now have an easy to follow and substitute meal plan on my fridge :)

Done - it was so easy! I've avoided AI up until now as I'm reflexively against it as I'm scared it's going to take my job! Writer and editor. But I'm starting to see how helpful it can be. Am feeling a bit sorry for all the dieticians whose businesses will shrink though.
