Only the second time in 6 months but just vom.

Acid reflux for me was so bad I gave up

I’ve had a couple of really bad bouts of reflux and indigestion, full sympathy

I'm having another bout now I'm on 7.5 and struggling with it.

I'm not giving up as I've lost a lot and have a lot to lose but pepto bismol is the only thing working ans you're not supposed to use that more than 2 days in a row.

I have this. I have a bad gag reflex and they make me sick and I end up throwing up rotten egg smelling sick it's disgusting

The teaspoon of bicarb in water trick really sorts mine out

A probiotic containing digestive enzymes.

Never had them, my colleague mentioned these earlier, asking if I’d had them. She hasn’t either.

Ah great you've escaped! I think when I looked into it side effevts, although common, are not experience by lots of people!

I feel for you, this (plus bad constipation) meant I had to give up. So disappointing, but I work closely with kids, didn't want to inflict it on them obviously, plus was dreading one of them mentioning it - little kids obvs have no filter 🤣

I can't give up - I need to do this for health reasons so I need to make it work. I've straddled the constipation and the diarhea and manage that okay now but I haven't quite sorted the burps other than with pepto bismol. I'm not even sure what triggers it!

Seriously, a probiotic with digestive enzymes. It will also solve the constipation and diarrhoea for you.

I will investigate thankyou. I haven't got any constipation/diarhrea concerns currently ( I take magnesium at night and chia/flax at breakfast) but I just know going up doses it was a side effect I had!

Its just the burps have hit me at 7.5 and about to start 3rd pen and there's no sign of letting up. I tend to just live with day 1 and 2 (at home) have pepto bismol on day 3 and 4, just take rennies and hope for the best day 5 and day 6 and 7 usually okay.

I keep hoping it will go ....!

@EmeraldDreams73 The thought of accidentally sulphur burping at a kid made me laugh.
Would make up for all their stinky little trumps though.
