I’m at the start of MJ (week 5) but have lost 10lbs so far. Typically when I lose weight I lose it around my stomach first. As I tend to wear baggy clothes (to hide said stomach) it then takes quite a while before it’s obvious I’ve shrunk a bit (probs around 2 stone mark). From that point, I seem to sort of ‘shrink’ all over but I lose it first on my stomach and the dreaded ‘belly overhang’. This morning I was getting dressed and realised that area has definitely slimmed down.
Curious where others experience their weight loss first or is it different each time?
