Hi fellow June Jabbers,
Does anyone know what the typical weight loss trajectory is during the 1st month? I appreciate that there are differences but I'm on W1 D3 and have already lost 2 pounds. I'm consuming about 1000 calories per day. Not on purpose - it's all I feel like eating. I'm making sure I'm getting enough protein and trying to drink 2 liters of water.
I wonder whether the loss to date is more water than anything else.
