Extending jab day?

Hi, does anyone jab less frequently than every 7 days? I was due to jab a couple of hours ago but the suppression is still strong and I’ve just had a meal and could only manage a few mouthfuls.

I think you can stretch by up to 4 days. But you can’t use the pen after 30 days
