Took my £209 on June 5 and emailed me to say that they were waiting for a tracking code. I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them since even after I emailed them.

I don’t know what to do. My next dose is due next Tuesday.

It seems medexpress are having stock issues lately across all pens but there is a shortage of the higher doses with a few suppliers. Give them a call and chase up your order.
I’m presuming it’s 15mg pen with you saying £209? I would be looking to change supplier anyway as that is a high price even for a 15mg pen. Have a look on https://monj.co.uk/discount-mounjaro-price-list/ for the best prices. There are also a few suppliers that price match with discounts too.

I find them fast and efficient. I ordered my 7.5 pen on Wednesday evening and it arrived on Thursday.

Up until now, they’ve been very efficient. Not too happy about the lack of communication though.

Strange. I never wait more than 48 hours from ordering to it turning up at my door...more often than not 24hours.

Mine is always really quick with them, have you phoned them?

Ive also used IQ Doctor to price to MM too.
Most other suppliers will let you switch too, Just need proof of your previous prescription.

I used to be with them. They are usually quite efficient but when something goes wrong they are hopeless and full of excuses.

£209?!? Change pharmacy!

A number of pharmacies who offer maintenance will take you on right until you hit the lower part of the healthy bmi scale.

Have a look at Pharmulous (my provider and excellent!), Oushk, Swift Dr and maybe Medicine Marketplace.

This is the last time I order with them. They replied to my email citing stock issues and told me they’d aim for 5 days from the order date. They’ve already exceeded 14!

they’ve already taken £200 from me and I can’t afford to pay out again this month.

I’m also pissed off with them. My first order has been “awaiting clinical review” since Monday.

How do I get proof of my previous prescription?

Yes most definitely!
I’d change immediately but MedExpress have taken my £209 already! I’m at their mercy this month 😡

You can just take a photo of the label on your box showing name & dose etc, or a screenshot of your order confirmation

They were shocking recently for me. I gave them a shitty Trustpilot too! I’ve moved to Medino. About to order next pen - hopefully they will continue to be good.
