Hi all. I have been on Mounjaro through med express since February this year. Have lost a total of 1.5 stone so far on no higher than 5mg dose. Very happy and only a stone or so more to lose.
Mt sister is looking to start her treatment, she's eligible and can afford it etc. I've never used my discount code or given it to anyone and so passed it on to her, when she enters it at checkout, is comes up with "the referral code cannot be used by the same person". We live at the same address so don't know if this is the problem?
Does anyone have any ideas? Med express have been utter shit in assisting and I suppose it's the principle of the fact I've used them for the last five months and should be able to use my code, which is stopping me just ordering for both me and her at full price.
I'm fed up now and my (long winded) question is; has anyone got any experience of switching providers when you've got down to a weight where your BMI is no longer over 30? I don't have my last box to take a picture of as I got rid of it when I did my last injection. I do of course have all of my confirmation emails from medexpress though.
Does anyone have any ideas?
