Title says it all really ! Has anyone else experienced finding less suppression or satiety on a lower dose than higher ? Is it another quirk of my strange metabolism/ body ?! Thanks v much

It's really common. It's not about the actual dosage, it's because you've gone from 0 Mounjaro to 2.5mg which is a big adjustment for your body whereas going from 2.5 to 5 isn't such an adjustment and as it's still a fairly low dose you may need to go up again before you feel the same effects as when you started.

Ah that makes a lot of sense. I am following the pharmacists recommendations about increasing so will consider a move to 7.5 .

I am consoling myself that as well as not feeling extra suppression the side effects are also still minimal

I moved up to 5 this week and think the same. But I have also read on various reddit posts that's it quite common and exactly what @FortyElephants has said. I'm in week 6 of WLI.

But it's still doing it's job nicely so am happy to stick on 5mg for as long as possible. I aim to try and stay for at least 3 to 4 months. Partly due to a holiday late July for 3 weeks where I want to just eat sensibly and partly due to me not seeking massive suppression.

I really want my journey to allow me to eat something for breakfast (yoghurt and berries or smoothie) small ryvita topped style lunch and realistic and healthy dinner. I absolutely want to firmly lodge realistic and sensible eating three times a day, without snacking, and eating more sensible portions than I was previously.
