I know this will depend on where you are planning to stop but I’m heading for mid healthy bmi so 22 - 22.5 ish.
Ive lost 3 stone at roughly a pound a week but ground to a halt. I’m happy with the way I look now at 23.4 but my waist is still a few inches above the top end of healthy so want to reach this target. I’m really just focused on health stats now as blood pressure and cholesterol problems run in the family - although both are fine now.
Can anyone share their experience of the last stubborn bits?
