Posted about this last week. I bought my second pen from medexpress, sent I'd and photos. When I ordered again I was asked to send this all again. Then by the time they had separately asked for my I'd, then a photo I wasn't going to get my order before being away for half term. I asked them to pause my order. I sent the photo on Sunday - and it still has not been approved!
I paid for the pen well over two weeks ago now. I only have my bonus dose left in my 5mg pen. They approved the 5mg with my bmi being 37. What do they think happened in a month? I lost five stone?
I'm going to phone them today to ask what's going on. But if I wasn't so close to running out I'd cancel my order. Never using them again after this.
