Is anyone having problems with me express website?

I’m on month 3 of Mounjaro all with medexpress . I’d like another month on 5mg but when I try to reorder on the website it’s just defaulting to 2.5 or saying I’m ineligible.
I’m going to give them a call tomorrow when the call centre is open but in the meantime I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this too?

Make sure you’re logged in to your account. When you click on a link from your email it seems random whether it automatically logs you in or not, so check.

Some of the fields (eg height) should be auto populated if you’re logged in.

If it defaults to 2.5mg then can you change it to 5mg? You’ll probably get warnings about having to check etc, but they check their own systems and approve it if you’ve bought the right dose from ME within the last 8 weeks.
