As I understand jt,In practice nothing will change for the people using the site. The people running monj.co.uk will get paid via providers when people use the links/codes provided. Like a commission.

I think this is a good thing, running and maintaining the site must be a huge job, which they are currently doing for free! And if providers know everyone uses this site, the most up to date information and codes will be there.
