Is it usual to not be able to eat on day 1, I feel so sick like the morning sickness I had when pregnant, stomach pains around 3 hours after jab

I felt very nauseous and tired for first 1-3 days. Forced myself to eat and that made me feel better. Think low blood sugar hits hard at beginning.

Ginger tea or ginger oil capsules (.yes treat like morning sickness.
Peppermint oil capsules for the burps.
