Curate - 3 week weight for a video consulation

Just a warning for anyone tempted to go with Curate.
I used them in the past & recently received a 40% welcome back offer.
As this was really quite generous, I thought I would go back to them for at least 1 x 15mg pen.
They took a few days to process and then emailed saying that I had to have a video consul before they would prescribe... but the next time slots are not until 3 weeks! & there looks to be an admin charge if I cancel.
I will be sticking with my current provider. Thank you very much.
But I may just wait for the 3 weeks and keep this pen as a spare.
If I was completely new to MJ it would be hard no.

I’m in the same situation but been with curate for the last 6 months. They want to do a video consult before they fulfill my order ( already have the money ) but the next date available is 3 weeks and only offer appts 9-4.35 Monday to Friday and I work so can’t do any of them . Not got any leave left and I will have run out by then anyway of this pen.
the only option I have is to swop providers so who can I go to who won’t ask for a video call or does them evenings or weekends?
im going into my 10th month 30 kg down, BMI 28 from 40 and want a 10 pen ( was on 15 but it’s too much and have been doing 12.5 and want to start coming down. )
Also need a delivery company who will leave in a safe place as at work ( Curate use DPD which have been good) .
Feel Curate have derailed my otherwise successful journey as it’s getting near the end!

I switched to Oushk (from Asda). They gave me a 5mg pen and although they want a weight check call it’s scheduled for a Saturday early in July so they seem happy to prescribe while you wait for the call. They do Royal Mail so once your parcel is with RM you can log on and ask them to leave the parcel in a safe place. Their Facebook group is weird though!!
