Anyone ordered from ASDA and still waiting?

Ordered 12.5 from ASDA about a week ago and payment has been taken but I've had no messages to say I can collect, order approved, or anything like usual.
I've also had another email reminding me to re-order! Have messaged through the website but no response yet.
Is anyone else experiencing similar?

Yes. Last Sunday and nothing doing, still "processing". There was a notice at the time saying their response times were 3-4 days, and yesterday that message had been replaced by 2-3 days response time. It's annoying!

Thanks @YourPerfectCousin not ideal at all! Helpful to know it's not just me though, and a lesson to re-order quicker next time. Fingers crossed they sort themselves out soon though!

Mine is due to arrive this afternoon. It has taken 7 days from ordering to delivery, the second slowest time so far. They did say it was likely to a bit longer when ordering though this time - bank holiday + increased demand.
However, it sounds like we ordered on the same day so would've thought yours would've been ready to collect today too.
Image is all my orders with ASDA so far - if you click on it, it has the arrived dates too.
I'm two pens in advance now - just taken my third dose out of pen 11 but pen 13 arriving today, just in case of shortage down the line!
