Oushk processing times

I submitted an order with Oushk on 27th and not heard anything, it’s showing on the website as order processing.
Any idea what their current turnaround times are, is this normal?
This is only my second order with them (moved from Asda for maintenance) but I’m sure I had confirmation within 24 hours first time.
They have taken the money already, Asda never did this until the prescription had been approved.

You should get an order confirmation but depending on what delivery date you selected will depend on when it gets approved. They usually approve a few days before the delivery date selected.

Normally they acknowledge receipt of your order on the day you make the order. I ordered on Friday, received approval on Tuesday (but there was a bank holiday on the Monday). Despatch was notified today, because I asked for it to be delivered tomorrow. They normally take payment at the point of order. Other suppliers I have used do the same, so perhaps Asda is different.

Ah ok, I have had an acknowledgment, just not confirmation it has been approved. My delivery day isn't until 3rd so that all makes sense.

@Eminybob you won't get confirmation of approval till 48 ish hours before your booked delivery date as they approve them in order of despatch. One of the things that I didn't like and prompted me to move on!

I decided to move to oushk but didn’t need the pen immediately so set a delivery date about a fortnight ahead. When I went to check the status closer to the date that had moved it back 2 days, presumably due to a shortage of 2.5 pens but without telling me! The new date was after I was due to go on holiday, so I then had to delay it even further.

Next time I will set delivery for asap even if I don’t need it, but I may look for another provider as while I understand shortages, the lack of notification that they’d changed the delivery date (for a product that needs to be stored in a fridge) was piss poor.

I've ordered from Oushk twice and both times they have approved immediately before dispatching. This happened the first time even though I had chosen a later delivery date.

It's a bit disconcerting but it has been approved both times and I think I will just make sure I order early enough in the month so that I could sort something out if there were any issues.

I guess I’m just a bit nervous as after being cut off by Asda that they will suddenly decide they don’t want me any more!
