Ah great, thanks for replying- what was the initial screening like? Was there phone conversation/ photos? The price is quite competitive, so that’s good. Was delivery fast? Did you have to resubmit photos etc for each order? Thanks

The initial screening was just filling in the form, no photos or conversation at all. Delivery has been next day if I ordered before 3pm and the nest day wasn't Sunday. I have to fill in the form including current weight to re-order but again no photos to phone conversations.
I did message as I wanted a copy of prescription to travel and that was sent in 15 minutes so pretty happy so far.
