Any way to hurry up a med express order? My next jab is due sat, ordered last Fri and it's stuck awaiting dispatch. Starting to panic it's not gonna be here in time. They sent an email Monday saying there's delays at the warehouse. It's usually so quick, was next day on previous orders.

Yeah, they have loads of delays at the moment, which dossage are you on? It may also be a shortage issue.

A couple of options. Cancel your order and go with another provider. Several are really quick (ordering before noon will get same day dispatch). Wait it out and accept that you may be delayed in taking your dose.

Bank holiday Monday will have had a knock on effect. Some people will have ordered earlier to compensate so the wait will be longer.

They are usually helpful if you call them, what dose are you waiting on? I know they are behind with the 5mg as a friend is waiting

They seem to say different things to different people. I ordered a 5mg (my third order with them) on Sunday evening. It was approved on bank holiday Monday then delivered on Tuesday morning. Just feels like luck of the draw.

WLI have been in the media recently and with the latest findings of reducing cancer risk, I bet there will be a massive influx of orders so I think this is what you are now experiencing with order delays and stock issues. Those of us who have been on them a while are seeing stock issues at higher doses due to an influx of people who have been on it since January who are on higher doses now.

That’s strange, I ordered from them Monday night and received it this morning, maybe the delays are only affecting certain areas? Have you tried using their online chat to ask for an update?
