Ate too much

I stupidly had a take away last night and ate way past the point I was full. I've spent all night on the loo, all. Morning being sick. I've got the worst stomach cramps I'm sweating.. My. God I regret doing thst now. I'm like crying I feel so rough. Husbands at work I can't grt hold of my daughter she's at a friend's, I got 2 younger kids and I just want to curl up and for it to go away 😂😂

Anyone else had this?? Isit something that happens in the jab or maybe something else?

It’s an MJ thing. Lesson learned.

It's the medicine, you won't do it again and in time will learn when enough is enough.

Sorry OP but yes, it’s the jab. It’s what happens if you overeat rich or fatty food on MJ. Sip water to stay hydrated. It will pass.

It's the jab. It will pass - but it takes a while too because digestion is slowed down so the food hangs around a bit longer.

Small, simple meals today and tomorrow and hopefully all shall be well again.

My daughter came home and watched the younger 2 so I could sort my self, I had a little nap I still feel pants but not as bad 😂😂 lesson definitely learned
