What was your experience moving from
2.5mg to 5mg and did you notice a real
fifference in terms of hunger or suppression etc?
I’m on W2 and I’m using the Shotsy app to make a guess as to the med levels in my system and while I know 2.5mg is just a ‘starter dose’, intrigued to see how things changed for people when they moved to 5mg.
I lost 4lbs in my first week and this week so far, 0.5 of a lb but that’s probably because my period was due yesterday (peri, so it tends to turn up about a week late at the mo). I’m in a calorie deficit - usually around 1200 cals a day and 2-3l of water.
