Switching supplier for maintenance plan

I’m currently with medexpress and have bought 4 pens. I know they are not the cheapest but reordering has been the most convenient so far and they have been very reliable. I’m 4 pens in (2x2.5mg and 2x5mg) and lost 3st. My BMI is now 31 and I have another 2 stone to get to BMI 25

i think I need a maintenance plan long term so do I need to switch now before my BMI goes below 30?

how does this work and who are the best.

my other consideration is cost! Medexpress are pretty expensive and I was going to move somewhere cheaper but I don’t want to jeopardise getting a maintenance plan. I’ve been scanning monj for the best prices but I’m too confused to move prescribers each month!?

If you do a search on the board, you will see loads of information on this topic.

You do not need to switch in a hurry as the supplier you are currently with are one of the only ones that don't take people on under 30bmi! Most pharmacies will if you have proof of previous prescriptions (I always use a photo of the label on my box). ME will (usually!) continue to prescribe until you are bmi23.5 although it seems hit and miss as they change their minds continuously!

Depending on your actual goal weight, you are a fair way away from maintenance but if you are keen to find a maintenance friendly prescriber already, have a look on the maintenance section of monj.co.uk to get an idea of what different pharmacies offer. More and more are becoming open to long term maintenance.

Current front runners are: Oushk (but they seem to have had problems recently), Pharmulous (my provider and I’m very happy!), Simple Online, Medicine Marketplace, Swift Dr (cheap but use affiliates), Cloud and I am sure there are others. Good luck with it all!

I started at BMI 30 with Morrisons and wanted to switch before my BMI got to 25 as I wasn't clear if they would continue to prescribe. I switched to Oushk as they have maintenance plans at around BMI 27 and all is going well with them so far (now BMI 26).

I'm with oushk too, booked in for a maintenance call in 3 weeks as I'm at bmi 26 now. I switched to them in January at bmi 29.5. Easy process just take a photo of previous prescription.
No issues and they send discount codes to use and you can choose your delivery day, which attracted me as a full time mon-fri worker. Their maintenance plans are 15% off and free delivery.
