Question about weight trends for all the daily weighers out there

For all of the daily weighers, how does your weight tend to fluctuate over the week?

Due to weigh in Tuesday morning, did a cheeky early weigh this morning and I'm down 4lb. Wondering if it's still likely to be 4lb on Tuesday or if it'll fluctuate back up a bit by then

I don’t think you can predict from others experience it’s probably a very unique situation. Weirdly my lowest weight is almost always Saturday morning. Which is odd because I have pizza and a beer for dinner on Fridays - Friday is also jab day but the sat morning low predates me using MJ. My weight then tends to be up slightly on Mon/Tue before gradually dropping again across the week. My official weigh day is Friday but I often wish it was Saturdays although it doesn’t make any difference in the long run!!

I’ll usually have a biggish drop in weight at some point during the week, but then it will go back up again slightly the following day. Sometimes it will drop again to lowest weight by the time I get to ‘official’ weigh in day. But sometimes it will take a bit longer.

Depends on what I eaten.. if i worked late and had a very small dinner then I can be down, then if I have a carb dinner next day I can be up 2lb..
I like to see what the lowest number in the week is and know the gains are not real gains.. just bloat, water, carb fest etc...

Yes, it fluctuates quite dramatically some days. Depends on what I've eaten, how much exercise I've done, how much water I've had to drink etc. Some days there's no apparent reason at all for a gain, it's just the way the body works.

I've attached a graph of the last two months. While the overall trend is downwards it is not smooth at all!
