Just planning to start on Mounjaro. I have many stones to lose. I had some success on Ozempic a couple of years ago but after an injury and surgery it all went pear shaped and I gained again. So am looking to start over and this time I will be in it for the long haul...possibly the rest of my life if I maintain on Mounjaro after losing
So which providers are good, who do you use and what do you pay please? Particularly want info on ones that offer a maintenance service. Thank you

I was with med express before and they were fine, but I've heard recent negative reports about them

https://monj.co.uk/ is really useful to compare prices & has details on maintenance plans.

Thank you

I wonder what the deleted message was? Someone saying move more and eat less, probably 😂

@Kheilandimot sure why it was deleted! I said I moved from MEDEXPRESS to farmeci.com with a code and it was £99! Fast delivery and happy with the service :)

Medino have always been brilliant for me.

User27563 · 25/05/2025 16:40

monj.uk is a good starting point,
I've had good experiences with Zava and Swift. Numan I wasn't as keen on - it's a subscription service.

Don't worry too much about a maintenance friendly supplier intially, I just changed to swift partly for that reason at bmi 28 and it was straightforward (just had to show previous prescription)

Doggymummar · 25/05/2025 16:42

I use Oushk because of maintenance but I think some others are catching up with that now. Before Oushk I used Chequp for 17 months and only moved as they don't support maintenance

I have been with Zava (wholesaler to Asda) from the start and they have been great. I used someones 25% discount code from here for my first order and then somone used mine - so with that 25% discount on my second pen alongside extracting the 5th golden dose - its ony cost me £20/week to date.

The cost increases for 7.5 mg on month 3 - but by looking at the discount site I saw that Zava were giving £20 off existing customers with a code listed on Monj site - which I woud not have known - so this higher dose will now cost me £30/week - but I am 2 stone down and half way to my goal now starting week 9. Absolutely thrilled - minimum SE and they were at 2.5 dose 'mild and transient'.

Best of luck to you. I am also staying on this for life as I have been round this circuit too many times to count. At 58 my motivations are to avoid dementia, diabetes, CVD, MS injuries and cancer as much as to be slim, look and feel good.

Both my husband and I are with Medexpress. We have had no problems with them and find them extremely efficient. I think due to all their codes being shared, there was a backlog of processing new users a couple of months ago. My husband signed up a few weeks ago and they processed his application and delivered his first pen within 48 hours.

TheNinthLock · 26/05/2025 10:52

I am also with Zava. Like the poster above, I used someone's code from here, and in return a few people have used mine, so so far it has been affordable.
So far they have been very efficient.

I did once have a query about dosage and sent a message which they never replied to. However, when I phoned them up I was speaking to a doctor within 10 minutes so that was a good experience.

IReallyNeedThisToWork · 26/05/2025 12:41

Think about what's important to you.

Personally, after a few pharmacy experiences, I realised I wanted a supplier that does not use referral or affiliate codes, that is responsive, where I can talk to a prescriber and who delivers reliably or allows me to pick a delivery date.

It's easy to move though so have a read through some trust pilot reviews or search here/reddit for the ones you are keen on then jump in!

I've tried a few but went back to MedExpress, I like them and haven't had any issues at all

Kheilandi · 28/05/2025 13:47

Thanks for the info

Good to know. I have been with Medexpress from the start (I’m 3 months in). I keep thinking I should look for a cheaper provider, but I don’t really want the hassle and like you, I have found them to be very good.
