I've been meaning to share this for a while, but... Life!
So, I started, did the 2.5 up to 5 lost a stone - really happy. No side effects apart from eggy burps and flatulence (single - was quite enjoying it).
I moved up to 7.5 and just felt so awful. Completely wiped out, vomiting up anything I'd kept down and bizarrely - weight going up! I can only assume that my body was clinging on to water lost.
I'd already made the decision to switch suppliers, so had 10mg in fridge... I honestly was in two minds...
10mg had been a breeze! I'm in my 2nd week of. No nausea, no burps, no hunger. It's been like reverting to 2.5 again. Weight coming back down, feel fine, sleep well...
I honestly wouldn't have thought it after 7.5. I'm not a sicky person but this vomit would come out of nowhere - just another sip of squash and my entire stomach would empty.
I'm going to stick on 10mg for another month and see how I go.
I just wanted to share in case it helps anyone. I'm not advocating any dosing whether up, down or stick but I feel so strangely well on 10 after being ready to chuck the towel in on 7.5.
It's certainly been a learning curve!
