Delaying the injection

Hi, i am very much new to this as i have injected the 1st time last Thursday evening.
i know people experience a tapering off the suppression effect and an increase in appetite around D5/6. But it is D7 for me (of week 1) and i am about to for e myself to eat some lunch… im not sure how useful that would be for me to take the 2nd dose to ight as planned.
i was thinking i could perhaps delay by a day or two? Anyone done this?

I would only do this in rare circumstances. It's been two years for me, and I delayed last week as I was at a conference and didn't want to inject in a toilet cubicle. Otherwise no. I take as prescribed

I done this on my first week as I wanted to change my jab day from Sunday to Monday and was fine x

What you are experiencing is totally normal. Just take the meds as prescribed. It wont always be that way. I could barely eat the first couple of weeks. 6 months later and still on the same dose I have a much better appetite.

The first few weeks are tough but I would stick to the dosing schedule unless you have unmanageable unpleasant symptoms. It wears off in a few weeks.

Try to snack on calorie dense foods in the meantime and build up how much water you drink to at least 2L - I ate LOTS of mixed nuts in those first weeks.

I have delayed mine by 12 hours this week (due to long journey) and seems to be ok.
Good luck 🤞
