They've accepted my order and payment but haven't requested any medical info, photos etc. Is this normal?

I haven’t heard of that company but usually they get in touch when they need more details such as photos etc. Out of interest, why did you choose them?

Any chance you paid with a credit card that you could claim back the money or try and cancel direct with them

I went with them for my first pen, and they were very thorough. They sent through an email asking for photos I think (was in January so may have remembered that incorrectly).Was impressed to get a phone consultation as well.

Moved to another supplier after that, as they weren't the cheapest (and they also expect you to go up a pen every time, which I haven't ended up doing).

I'm with Medino and I've stayed on 5mg for 3months now with no questions asked. They also send a discount code with each order so I'm still only paying £109 p/m.

OP - From what I remember they sent a thorough questionnaire by email with a request for photos and weight video. Then I had a call later on that day. It was all very quick.

When you refer to a video,do you mean a video of my weight on scales or someone else (DH) videoing me getting on scales? Did you take your own video?

I did it myself though it would have been easier if someone else had. I had to basically video myself getting onto the scales and then panning down to the displayed weight.

The other plus for me is that they use Royal Mail 24 so I get it next day to my actual address. I live in a house with no number on a private road with no name so RM are the only delivery service I trust 😂

I've just moved across to another supplier that supports maintenance now, as my BMI is under 25.
