Curate health.. scam??

Hey all

I have been on MJ since Feb 2025. SW 19st and CW 16st 9lbs.

I’ve been switching provider with each dose to keep costs down and ordered 10mg MJ pen from Curate health on Fri 2nd May. I submitted all evidence and had the online meeting with someone to confirm weight and identity last Wednesday and still not had confirmation of my order being dispensed.

I was due to take a jab / start 10mg on Fri last week and my food noise has come back with a bang. I cannot get a hold of anyone at Curate. 💔

I paid via credit card, not sure if worth just doing a chargeback if they don’t reply. I save up to be able to pay for this life changing jab as I have to get to 13st to be able to have IVF for baby no. 2. And I feel this has knocked me after losing at such a steady rate!

Has anyone else ordered and been waiting and waiting for a jab from Curate??

Yes - been with them since January but my last order not approved for 2 weeks - they are not responding to any messages

Something is definitely going on with them. I’ve been with them months with no problems but my last order has been ‘pending’ for over a week with no communication or explanation, despite a great deal of effort on my part. I’m absolutely gutted. Ready missed a dose for the first time since August and can’t afford to order elsewhere whilst Curate hold on to my £170. I really don’t know what to do😫

Yes, I’ve sent two tickets, tried calling and used Facebook Messenger. I received one reply on Messenger saying my order was approved but wouldn’t show as such on my account dashboard until it was despatched. Then I got complete radio silence when I asked for a despatch timeframe. I’ve been with them since November without issue but this is really worrying. It’s not an isolated problem either as there are so many similar complaints on social media etc. They must be having serious stock issues but why on earth they can’t just admit that instead of ignoring people, I don’t know?!

On a Q&A at the weekend with my provider the pharmacist said they were short of stock (2.5mg surprisingly) due to the supply allocation system and how much they had been given they were having to tell some customers (think they said 9) they could not supply for a few day and they should go elsewhere if they needed to 😲 (no idea how they decide who gets their stock or if it is first come first served).

It is likely not to be pharmacy specific and keep happening if pharmacies keep taking on new customers and their supply allocation hasn't increased on time to support them, plus it is a bit of guess work for them whether customers are going to increase/decrease/stick with a dose. Regardless of the reasons they should be communicating, but they probably don't have the systems or staff to do that efficiently yet.

Hey all. Still no work from Curate. I’m approaching 2 weeks this Friday and I need to move up to 10mg. I’ve ordered another pen with PillSorted who I used for 7.5mg, approved within 10 mins but delay with shipping. 🙃 must be a definite supply issue at the moment, think (by looking on Reddit) many who are on 12.5mg and 15mg are being told to take 10mg. So could be causing issues. Kicking myself as I was going to stick with 7.5mg but hit a plateau and wanted to move up. 🤣 Will start chargeback process via credit card with Curate if nothing gets shipped at 3 week mark.

I’ve had exactly the same issue.
I’ve issued two tickets now with an auto response offering no information. Ordered a week ago and still pending (not yet approved) way longer than normal. They’ve taken the money obviously but I have no idea what’s going on. Was surprised to see others with the same issue. I’ve been with them since October and this is a big setback for me. I’m currently awaiting the 12.5 but will probably have to go down a dose now.

Yes. They have gone down the pan.
I used to use them & left as I got a bit fed up of keep having to submit new photos with every order.
Recently I received a 40% welcome back offer which brought the cost of a 15mg pen down to really quite good value.
Signed up again, submitted new photos etc but they want to me have a video consultation.
Which is annoying but fine. Only thing was the wait time is 3 weeks! They advertise a 48 hour turn around.
I left a negative review on trust pilot & someone got back to me after a hour with a ‘urgent’ appointment calendar link where I could book something within a couple of days.
My advice would be is to leave them a bad review on trust pilot if having difficulties contacting their customer service.
From what I have read they are very bad at responding to emails & tickets but leave a bad review & they are on it quickly.
Joke of a company imo
I will take the cheapo pen with them to use as a spare as it would be handy to have that safety net with the current shortages but will continue to use my old provider.
I just hope it’s approved & dispatched quickly after my video consul.

Ive been trying to order 12.5 from them last 2 months. Take money then email not in stock , they have ur cash so cant go elsewhere. Eventually they reply saying no stock. Other providers let u know that they dont have stock b4 u order. No one getting back to me. I know they are cheaper but getting to point now going elsewhere. Been with them 10 months.

Yes they have one of the highest percentages of 1 star reviews across the online pharmacies on Trust Pilot.
Definitely one to avoid.
They let you place an order when they don't have stock which doesn't help. Other pharmacies won't let you order when they don't have stock of a particular pen.
