First stone lost!

First stone on mounjaro gone!

So pleased I started.

Gone from 14stone7 to 13stone7 in 8 weeks exactly. Quite slow but hopefully I'll avoid loose skin etc this week.

I did 5 weeks on 2.5, 2 weeks on 3.75 and one week so far on 5mg

Onwards and downwards!

14 lb in 8 weeks isn't slow btw. The NHS say we should lose 1-2lb a week and you've lost 1.75lb a week so you're perfectly healthy and not slow.

On the study after 8 weeks people lost 6% of body weight. You've lost 6.9%.

You're perfectly normal and not slow.
