Injections with high triglycerides & no gallbladder

Does having high triglycerides (4.3 mmol/L) mean injections are more dangerous? I have no gallbladder, previous stones in bile duct. I’m worried about pancreatitis risks.

Does anyone know?

I have high triglycerides and no gallbladder and I have started Mounjaro last week. I figured staying obese was more dangerous than taking the injections as losing weight should improve the triglycerides and other associated issues!

Sorry I didn’t reply sooner and hope the injections are going well. Did they ask any questions about triglycerides when they prescribed them?

No they didn’t ask and I haven’t seen it mentioned anywhere. I have lost 1st 2lbs in less than 3 weeks which is probably too much too soon but hoping it will slow down now. Think that is probably more a reflection on the amount I was eating before!
